We're recruiting for a Graduate Account Manager to join a growing and well-established business based in Knowsley. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in sales, account management, or business development.

Unlike many entry-level sales roles, you'll be managing an existing portfolio of customers from day one - no cold calling required. You'll receive full training and support as you learn how to build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and maximise account performance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Account Manager, you'll:

Manage and develop relationships with an existing customer base via phone, email, and online communication
Build long-term partnerships and become a trusted point of contact for your customers
Identify opportunities to increase revenue by promoting additional products and services
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements
Proactively engage with customers to maximise account growth and retention
Handle customer enquiries and provide outstanding service

Previous sales experience isn't essential. Experience gained through part-time jobs, retail, hospitality, customer service, university projects, or extracurricular activities will be highly valued.
