Exciting opportunity for an Adult Social Worker in the Combined Localities and Reviews Team in Huyton, UK. This is a full-time locum role for three months with a structured focus on reducing backlog and improving service efficiency. You will manage three cases weekly, completing tasks before receiving new assignments, with a project end date around January 31st.

• Manage and progress three cases weekly within the Combined Localities and Reviews Team, focusing on timely task completion and effective case closures.
• Participate in a dedicated pilot project to address the backlog in the CLT, enabling faster referral progressions and minimising wait times.
• Implement a structured approach to task management, prioritising case closures and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Work collaboratively with a team of agency workers to achieve project goals by the January 31st deadline.
• Provide high-quality social work services, maintaining accurate records and reports as part of your role.
