The Role As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people to develop essential life skills, access their communities, and achieve their personal goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing tailored support based on individual needs and support plans Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal development Promoting wellbeing, social inclusion, and positive experiences Supporting access to community activities, appointments, and local services Building positive and professional relationships with children and their families Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns appropriately Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining high standards of care What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll have: A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care or support role Experience supporting children and young people A good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A caring, patient, and empathetic approach The ability to work independently and as part of a team A DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one The right to work in the UK Why Join Us?
