HGV Class 2 Hiab Driver Perm

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver on behalf of our well-known client based in Knowsley.

• Permanent Position
• Monday to Friday 07:00 AM Starts
• £17.00 per hour PAYE - HOLIDAYS PAID SEPARATE
• Holiday pay accrued separately
• Minimum 8 hours paid per shift
• No weekend working

• Operating a Class 2 HIAB vehicle
• Using a hook attachment with remote-control operation
• Moving and transporting various materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Movement of Containers/Shipping parts/Recycled metal/Other industrial materials
• Conducting daily vehicle and HIAB equipment checks
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and transport regulations
• Providing excellent customer service while representing the company professionally

• Valid Class 2 (Category
  
  C) Licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• HIAB Hook licence/certification
• Previous hook experience with remote control operation is essential
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach
• Good knowledge of the local area
