People Solutions  are currently recruiting for an  HGV Class 2 Dray Driver  to join our well-established client based in  Liverpool, Merseyside .
This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, Monday to Friday working, and the potential to secure a permanent position with a leading company in the industry.
This would suit applicants who have worked as an  LGV Class 2 Driver, Dray Driver or Category C Driver.
Rates of Pay:
£17.00 per hour
Shift Pattern:
Your shift pattern as an  HGV Class 2 Dray Driver  will be:
Monday to Friday
Start time: 6:00am

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as an  HGV Class 2 Dray Driver  are:
Completing deliveries to pubs, restaurants, and licensed premises across the North West
Carrying out between 20 and 30 deliveries per shift
Safely loading and unloading products at customer locations
Driving a Category C vehicle safely and efficiently at all times
Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Providing excellent customer service when delivering to clients
Following all company policies and health and safety procedures
Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

Skills:

To be successful as an  HGV Class 2 Dray Driver , you will need:
A minimum of six months' experience driving Category C vehicles
A valid UK Category C Driving Licence
A valid CPC Qualification Card
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
No more than six penalty points for minor offences
No DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99 endorsement codes
No major endorsement codes
Good communication and customer service skills
The ability to undertake the physical aspects of dray delivery work
A professional and reliable approach to work
Training:
First-day driving assessment
Additional training provided where required
Ongoing industry-related training and support
