As a Warehouse Operative you will play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly, working across different departments to ensure the efficient movement of goods through both automated and manual systems.

• Carrying out general warehouse duties inclusive of Fork lift and Clamp truck activities.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely, including completing pre-use checks.
• Loading and unloading trailers, checking deliveries, and ensuring stock is stored correctly.
• Following all health and safety procedures and promoting safe working practices.
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety training and company policies.
• Managing stock rotation, assisting with inventory checks, and reporting any damaged or missing stock.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and operating efficiently.
• Working safely around operational machinery in a busy warehouse setting.
• Reporting any safety concerns, equipment issues, or incidents to the leadership team.
• Supporting other areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience working across different departments within a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems and other computer-based systems.
• The ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in guiding and influencing key stakeholders where necessary
