Role Overview

You’ll deliver comprehensive secretarial and administrative services, including audio typing, document preparation, and coordination with consultants and teams. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to consultants and clinical teams
  • Perform audio typing and manage correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate with departments and contribute to service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with NHS waiting times and administrative protocols
  • Work independently and collaboratively within the team

  • Proven secretarial and administrative experience
