You’ll deliver comprehensive secretarial and administrative services, including audio typing, document preparation, and coordination with consultants and teams. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide secretarial support to consultants and clinical teams
- Perform audio typing and manage correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate with departments and contribute to service delivery
- Ensure compliance with NHS waiting times and administrative protocols
- Work independently and collaboratively within the team
- Proven secretarial and administrative experience
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of NHS waiting times
- Flexibility and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with NHS systems and processes
