About Business Development Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager who is based in the UK to lead our growth in the UK & EU market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK & EU business landscape, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to establish and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.

This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic alliances, and expanding our client base in the UK & EU.

Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the UK & EU markets.
  • Partnership Development:
    Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies, consulting firms, and other organizations in the UK & EU that can complement and enhance our software outsourcing services.
  • Client Acquisition:
    Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential UK & EU clients. Drive lead generation and conversion efforts to secure new business opportunities.
  • Sales Support:
    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams in Vietnam to leverage partnerships for lead generation, client acquisition, and market penetration in the UK & EU market.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct thorough research on the UK & EU market to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential partnership opportunities. Use this information to refine business development strategies.
  • Brand Representation:
    Represent the company at UK & EU industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Network with industry leaders and explore new partnership opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and business development activities in the UK & EU markets. Provide regular updates to senior management on key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • This position is open only to candidates based in the UK.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within the software outsourcing or IT services industry, with a specific focus on the UK & EU markets.
  • Market Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of the UK & EU business environment, including industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory landscape. Experience in navigating the complexities of the UK & EU markets is essential.
  • Network:
    Established network of industry contacts in the UK & EU, including technology providers, consulting firms, and potential clients.
  • Sales and Negotiation

    Skills:

    Proven track record of closing high-value deals and negotiating strategic partnerships in the UK & EU markets.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Ability to develop and implement long-term business development strategies that align with the company’s goals for the UK & EU markets.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and pitch solutions to UK & EU-based clients and partners.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong analytical abilities to assess market opportunities, partnership performance, and competitive positioning.
  • Self-Motivation:
    Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with global teams.
  • Travel:
    Willingness to travel within the UK & EU as needed to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events
