As Business Development Director
, you will:

• Build and lead a high-performing business development function
• Develop a strong pipeline of onsite energy opportunities across the UK
• Shape client journeys from initial engagement through to investment decision
• Form strategic partnerships and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Provide market insight on emerging technologies, policy developments and commercial trends
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, delivery and asset management teams to refine commercial strategy

You will play a central role in delivering innovative onsite energy solutions that help businesses reduce carbon, manage energy costs and move closer to net zero.

We are seeking a commercially astute leader who thrives on building relationships, shaping opportunities and driving revenue growth.

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field
• A proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets
• Strong knowledge of onsite energy technologies and UK energy market dynamics
• Strategic thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• The ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships
