Join a global, market-leading commercial flooring manufacturer with over 150 years of industry experience. This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established business that genuinely values its people. They are looking for an organised and detail-focused Lead to Order Coordinator to join their team in Kirkcaldy. This is a varied role where you'll provide administrative support across the business, working closely with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Business Information teams.

If you enjoy working with data, keeping things organised and juggling a variety of tasks, this could be the ideal role for you. What we need from you: 2 years previous experience within administration, data management, sales support or business development A minimum of 3 Standard Grades, including English and Maths Strong attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate customer data and an understanding of lead qualification and management processes Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams

Experience with procurement portals, customer frameworks, online platforms, SAP ERP and/or SAP C4C would be advantageous, although SAP training can be provided What the role involves:
Managing and enriching marketing leads across the UK and Ireland, ensuring opportunities from digital channels, events and specification platforms are accurately captured and followed up by the Sales team. Other duties include:
Coordinating and replenishing samples to ensure stock is available Setting up and managing access to customer procurement portals and frameworks Using market intelligence platforms including Glenigan, Property Data, NBS and BIM to enrich leads and identify potential business development opportunities Maintaining reports and dashboards to provide visibility of lead volumes, activity and conversion Ensuring CRM and system information remains accurate and up to date Providing data enrichment and general administration support when required Working closely with the Business Information, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams Salary:
Depending on experience.

Hours:

8:45am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am – 4pm Friday. 36.25 hours per week, flexible over 4 days possibly to suit the candidate.
