Site Manager - Kirkcaldy (Nights)
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term project in Kirkcaldy, commencing start of July for a duration of 2 weeks.
Requirements- Valid SMSTS
- Black CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work certification
- Previous experience managing construction sites
- Strong health & safety knowledge
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard
- Manage site personnel and subcontractors
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Maintain site records and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
