Responsibilities include developing the Customer Success strategy, managing cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Customer Success or B2B sales, along with a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
