Teacher Active are proud to be working with SEND schools across the West Midlands, who are seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join as Cover Supervisors. This role is perfect for anyone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a positive impact in the classroom.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the teacher’s absence
• Support students with their learning and behaviour
• Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment
• Build rapport with pupils across different year groups and subjects

• Confidence speaking to groups
• A calm, approachable manner
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and a genuine interest in young people
