Psychology Graduate SEN Support – Swindon

Immediate Start

Pay Rate: £85–£100 per day

What You’ll Be Doing as Psychology Graduate SEN Support
  • Providing tailored 1:1 and small‑group support to students with complex needs
  • Using your understanding of behaviour and child development to help students engage with learning
  • Building strong, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe, understood, and supported
  • Modelling positive behaviour and promoting emotional regulation
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
The Ideal Psychology Graduate SEN Support Candidate
  • A Psychology graduate (or a related field)
  • A genuine interest in SEN, behaviour, or child development
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable)
  • Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations
  • A clean and up‑to‑date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
