Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of Rosenberger’s sales activities in the defined region
- Development and management of customer relationships across various industries
- Definition of a 3- to 5-year business plan and sales strategy for the markets
- Preparation of an action plan to expand existing and new business relationships
- Annual increase of Rosenberger’s revenue and market share
- Support of regional sales channels
- Support in the development and implementation of marketing plans
- Presentation of RFP/RFQ responses
- Organization of product presentations, meetings, training sessions, etc.
- Negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with given guidelines
- Completed technical university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of electromechanical components, preferably in an industrial environment
- Solid experience in sales, preferably in an international environment
- Persuasive personality with strong teamwork skills and flexibility
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel required
