south lanarkshire leisure and culture are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable facilities assistant (catering) to join their team at the hamilton town house.

this is a varied and hands-on-role supporting our food and beverage operations across the venue, including weddings, functions, meetings and theatre bar service.

your duties will include preparing and serving food to a high standard, providing a comprehensive catering service for weddings, private functions and corporate meetings. Operating and assisting with the running of our theatre bars. Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, healthy and safe working environment.

previous catering or hospitality experience is essential, as is a valid rehis qualification.

ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends is also essential.
