We offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our District Nursing Team as a Community Nurse at Inverurie Health & Social Care Hub. You will work autonomously under the direction and support of the District Nurse, to provide a high standard of care to patients in their own homes.

• Work autonomously under the direction and support of the District Nurse.
• Provide a high standard of care to patients in their own homes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to being part of a multidisciplinary team within the Health and Social Care Partnership.
• Experience in dealing with a wide variety of health and social care issues.
• Willingness to undertake further training.

• A full drivers licence and access to a car essential.
