We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fraud Coordinator in the UK.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our thriving Assessment and Intelligence team. This role spans all lines of business, with a strong focus on screening domestic, commercial and liability KII claims. You will play a key role in fraud detection and research, helping to protect our clients' interests. Using specialist tools, you will assess and identify risks in Key Investigative Indicators (KIIs) before referring cases to our Special Investigators.

You will manage a caseload of referrals from across the business where fraud concerns have been raised, investigating suspected activity in commercial, home, liability, and motor claims. Using specialist systems, open‑source intelligence (OSINT), and social media, you will research individuals, third parties, and businesses. You will also be required to understand our FIU team and, in times of surge, be prepared to assist.

Working closely with internal teams, brokers, and client insurers, you'll gather and share information to support referrals to our investigators. You'll also update our SharePoint site with outcomes and produce clear, detailed research reports. Staying informed on relevant legislation, trends, and best practices in insurance fraud is essential.

This is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, analytical setting, enjoys solving problems, and working with data. Strong communication, proactivity, and resilience are key, along with a collaborative mindset and a drive to protect clients from fraud.

The skills you will have when you apply:
  • Claims Expertise
    :
Comprehensive familiarity with claims is imperative; exposure to Home, Liability, and Motor claims is advantageous.
  • Fraud and Policy Investigation

Proficient in interpreting policy wordings, insurance schedules, and associated endorsements.
  • Decision-Making and Justification
    :
Decisive in judgement, with the ability to articulate and substantiate conclusions with clarity and authority.
  • Autonomous and Adaptive Working Style
    :
Self‑directed, flexible, and able to operate autonomously whilst addressing the expectations of clients and colleagues, whether he or she is in a team or working alone.
  • Written Communication Excellence

Superior written communication skills, particularly in the composition of formal reports.
