High‑performing mechanical maintenance engineers are required to carry out mechanical fault‑finding, breakdown response and planned maintenance on production machinery in a fully automated, high‑output manufacturing facility. The role supports continuous improvement initiatives and minimises downtime, while providing clear pathways into senior and management positions.

• Investigate and resolve mechanical faults on production equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and execute planned maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with continuous improvement teams to enhance reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report trends.

• Mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast‑paced factories.
• Strong mechanical fault‑finding skills.
• Mechanical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
