As a Mortgage Area Manager, you will:

• Drive performance and service standards across nine branches
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Mortgage Consultants and leaders
• Focus on retention, development, and career progression for the team
• Conduct high-quality T&C observations to support compliance and continual improvement
• Identify and maximise regional opportunities for growth
• Build strong partnerships with our Estate Agency network and senior leaders

• Strong knowledge of mortgages, protection products, and related services
• Proven leadership experience within Financial Services or Mortgage Services
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and influencing skills
• A strong track record in delivering results and customer excellence
• Commercial acumen and the ability to drive performance across multiple locations
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential
