Escape Recruitment is recruiting a Production & Quality Manager for a growing business based in Dunfermline. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys leading teams, coordinating production activity, and ensuring work is delivered right first time.

You will be responsible for managing daily production priorities while maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement across the operation. This role suits someone who prefers being close to the shop floor rather than operating at arm’s length.

• Leading daily production meetings and planning workloads
• Ensuring all non‑conformance reports and corrective and preventive actions are addressed
• Leading RCA investigations
• Owning quality for the business and seeking to improve QMS
• Overseeing production output and quality control activities
• Carrying out spot checks and investigations to maintain standards
• Driving efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with internal teams to meet customer and delivery requirements
• Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Strong experience of ISO 9001
• Experience in a production, operations, or quality‑focused role
• A practical, hands‑on leadership style
• Confidence communicating across teams
• Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
