NHS Scotland in Kirkcaldy is seeking two post‑registration nurses for the Supported Discharge Unit at Victoria Hospital. The roles, one 28.8‑hour and one 36‑hour post‑reg positions, offer a fast‑paced, nurse‑ and doctor‑led environment to develop clinical and managerial skills.
You will work with MDT colleagues, including physiotherapists and occupational therapists, and partner with health and social care to safeguard safe patient journeys, discharges, and transfers of care.
