An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 health care support worker in ward 52.
Ward 52 is a fast paced, busy surgical ward. It consists of 24 in‑patient beds. Ward 52 receives patients from the admissions unit. We also provide care for post‑operative patients and surgical high dependency step downs.
The successful applicant will join a well‑motivated and dynamic multi‑disciplinary team who strive to deliver the highest level of care possible. We are looking for team players with excellent written and oral communication skills, a caring and compassionate attitude, and a keen interest in surgical nursing.
A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
