Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Team Lead - Respiratory

NHS Fife is seeking an experienced and inspirational Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Team Lead to lead the development and delivery of high-quality respiratory services across Fife. This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership to our Respiratory Nurse Specialist team, while maintaining an advanced clinical practice role. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across acute and community settings to support innovative models of care, including the continued development of the Respiratory Virtual Ward, helping to deliver hospital level care at home and reduce hospital admissions.

As an autonomous practitioner, you will undertake advanced assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with complex respiratory conditions, whilst contributing to service redesign, quality improvement, workforce development and strategic planning.

• Current NMC registration.
• Master's level qualification in Advanced Practice.
• Independent Nurse Prescribing qualification.
• Significant experience in respiratory care at an advanced practice level.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience of service improvement, innovation and multidisciplinary working.
