Staff Nurse – Discharge; MDT, Acute Care
Keepkaamm is seeking a registered nurse to join the Supported Discharge Unit at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. The post is full-time (34 hours per week) with a rotational schedule covering days, nights and weekends, in a nurse- and doctor-led acute hospital setting.
You will work closely with MDT colleagues, including physiotherapists and occupational therapists, contribute to care pathways, and support safe discharges to home while maintaining patient-centred care and strong teamwork.
