Sous Chef ( Seasonal ) required to join this fantastic Harbour side restaurant in the very north of Scotland.
Serving a fresh and seasonal ingredient led menu.
We are searching for a driven Sous chef that can help maintain the high food standards , drive consistency and help the business move forward on volume as we get ready to open seven days a week for the summer season.
There is a potential for this to lead to a head chef’s role from next summer as the chef/ owner looks to take on a broader role in the overall business.
You will be passionate and have a great experience in many cooking methods
There is an option of live in offsite and a Seasonal completion bonus.
Salary to be discussed however is the equivalent pro rata to £40,000
