You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant, providing friendly, fast and accurate service.

• Prepare food, serve on the till or be out in the dining areas looking after customers’ needs to ensure a brilliant experience at all times.
• Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, hospitality and cleanliness in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.

• Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; ability to work well as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
• Genuine enthusiasm, energy and an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.

• Must be able to work overnight hours; in order to comply with UK & Ireland working time regulations, you must be over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 5am
