Chef de Partie

Overview

The Chef de Partie is an integral part of the delivery of great food to all our guests across our food outlets and is required to run a particular section of the kitchen. Working as a CDP is a hands-on role. Prepare, cook and present a range of dishes, assisted by other CDPs, Commis Chefs or Apprentice Chefs.

• Prepare, cook and present a range of dishes, assisted by other CDPs, Commis Chefs or Apprentice Chefs.
• Run a particular section of the kitchen.

• Previous Chef de Partie experience or strong experience in a Demi Chef de Partie role.
• Strong coaching skills and enjoys motivating a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Takes great pride in producing high quality food at all times.
