Position: Regional Merchandising Lead (In-Store Excellence)

Advocate Group is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to oversee 15–20 UK retail stores, driving in-store merchandising standards, product availability and commercial performance.

You will spend significant time visiting stores, coaching merchandising teams, and building strong relationships with store management and third‑party partners to ensure consistent execution and sales growth across your region.
