A leading decorative lighting company in the UK is seeking a Business Development Executive to generate and manage sales revenue. In this hybrid role, you will work two days in the office and three days from home, targeting new and existing clients to meet sales KPIs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of telephone sales experience and a proactive attitude.

The basic salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000, with OTE between £30,000 and £38,000, plus benefits like a holiday purchase scheme and long service awards.
