Overview
Our client is a well established and respected name in the consumer lending sector. They have an opportunity for an experienced business development manager to join their field sales team who will be responsible for continuing their growth across traditional retail finance markets.
We are looking for proven, highly motivated sales people, who have an understanding and contacts within the retail finance market, this is very much a ‘hunter’ role, so the ability to open doors, build relationships, effectively negotiate and close deals is essential.
It’s a great opportunity to join a dynamic and experienced team in a role that is pivotal to the business.
Responsibilities- Drive growth across traditional retail finance markets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Open doors, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
- Effectively negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure consistent positioning and messaging.
- Proven, successful sales experience in consumer lending or retail finance.
- Strong understanding of and contacts within the retail finance market.
- Hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to open new opportunities and close deals.
