An established, global manufacturer of high-performance building materials is looking to appoint an ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive growth across a high-potential Northern territory.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business with a strong brand reputation, excellent internal support, and significant scope to grow an already successful region.

The Role

You will be responsible for promoting a full range of flooring solutions
, including:

  • Flooring Screeds
  • Mortars
  • Smoothing & Levelling Compounds
  • Flooring Adhesives
  • Damp Proof Membranes

The territory currently generates £2.6m annually, with huge potential for growth

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and developing relationships with Flooring Contractors
  • Generating back-sales through distribution partners including:
    Headlam Group
  • Working closely with an established specification team to maximise project opportunities
  • Driving sustainable, profitable growth across the region
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a driven, commercially focused sales professional who:

  • Has experience selling into Flooring Contractors
  • Understands Merchant / Distribution channels
  • Ideally comes from a flooring background or related products
  • Is ambitious, hungry and motivated to grow a territory significantly

This role would particularly welcome applications from high‑calibre sales professionals looking to join a progressive and forward-thinking team.

Package

Bonus up to 30% (paid quarterly – 50% personal / 50% company performance)
