The Yard, an award-winning charity in Fife, is seeking a Family Worker to support families with children with disabilities and additional support needs. You will provide information, emotional and practical support to empower families to access external services.
The role focuses on ensuring families receive the right help when they need it most. We value inclusive, trauma-informed approaches and strong organisational skills to coordinate practical support and liaise with partner agencies.
