Salary: £26,312 unqualified, £27,996 with an SVQ or HNC, £31,470 with SVQ & HNC

Full UK Manual or Automatic driving licence required. Sponsorship not available.

• Ensure our children receive the highest level of support
• Support senior staff with timely updates
• Promote individuality – not a "one size fits all" approach
• Complete and update care plans regularly, adding any additional requirements
• Be part of a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
• Plan and participate in fun activities such as trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects

• Previous experience preferred; or you have cared for a friend or family member
• Desire to work towards SSSC qualifications
• Manual UK driving licence is essential
• Open to ongoing development and learning with support from the team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Someone with the desire to take pride in helping others
