Clinical Unit Manager Contract- £21.42 per hour
- Full Time
- Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Exceptional care relies on strong clinical leadership, professional expertise and a well led environment where residents receive safe, compassionate and consistently high quality care, and as Clinical Unit Manager, you will play an important leadership role in ensuring these standards are maintained throughout your unit every single day.
Working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, you will take responsibility for overseeing the day to day clinical operation of your unit while supporting nurses and care teams to deliver safe, effective and person centred care tailored to individual resident needs. From monitoring clinical standards and supporting medication management to overseeing care planning, mentoring colleagues and ensuring compliance standards are consistently maintained, your leadership will directly influence both resident wellbeing and overall quality of care delivery.

- Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN is essential
- Previous nursing experience within a care home or healthcare environment is essential
- Previous experience leading, supervising or managing teams within a clinical setting is required
- Strong clinical knowledge with confidence supporting medication management, care planning and clinical decision making
- Good understanding of clinical governance, compliance and maintaining high standards of care delivery
