Gateman / Traffic Marshal
We are currently seeking an experienced Gateman / Traffic Marshal to join our team on a busy construction site.
Key Responsibilities- Controlling and managing vehicle and pedestrian movements on site
- Operating site gates and ensuring safe access and egress
- Directing traffic in accordance with site safety procedures
- Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators, and site management
- Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Traffic Marshal or Banksman Ticket (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong awareness of site health & safety
- Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
