Are you interested in working for an award-winning social care charity?

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role within Enable, making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are ever the same, but one thing is certain: you'll be supporting people to achieve their goals, pursue their interests and live the life they choose.

Every person we support is unique, with their own aspirations, abilities and support needs. Depending on the individual, support may include:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Moving and handling
• Positive behavioural support
• Supporting daily living tasks and household activities
• Accompanying people to appointments and social activities
• Building confidence, independence and meaningful relationships
• Supporting individuals to access and participate in their communities

At Enable, we create bespoke support teams around every individual, ensuring the people we support are safe and empowered to achieve the things that matter most to them.

The Best in You Brings Out the Best in Me

The people we support have the same ambitions, interests and aspirations as everyone else, but don't always have the same opportunities to pursue them.

Whether your interests include baking, arts and crafts, sport, hill walking, music, gaming, travelling or simply enjoying a good conversation, your hobbies, personality and enthusiasm could help someone discover new opportunities, build confidence and live a rich and fulfilling life.

A career with Enable is as rewarding as it is varied. By bringing your unique skills, interests and values to the role, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.
