The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist will be responsible for all accounts payable administrative functions, working independently and within a team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The position reports to the Kirkland, Washington office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Process full cycle Accounts Payable functions, including posting, obtaining approval, researching discrepancies, processing timely payments, and communicating with vendors.
- 3‑way PO matching.
- Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
- Maintain and update all AP data ensuring accuracy in general ledgers.
- Monitor vendor calls and resolve scheduling and disbursement issues.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties to support business and organizational evolution.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Full Cycle Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
- Experience with advanced AP automated software, preferably SAP or Infinium Technologies.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and 10‑key by touch.
- Strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Physical RequirementsThe job requires maintaining physical conditions necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods. Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Work EnvironmentOffice setting with exposure to computer screens and extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi‑line telephone system.
