Accountant/Investor Assistant – CFS

. This growing private equity and real estate investment firm seeks a detail‑oriented professional to support financial operations and investor relations across a diverse portfolio.
Location: Kirkland, WA – Hybrid
Base pay: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (DOE)
Key Responsibilities- Maintain books for multiple entities, including funds and rental properties.
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and biweekly payroll.
- Assist with tax filings and coordinate with external advisors.
- Support investor onboarding, subscription processes, and reporting.
- Provide accurate data for investor communications and capital tracking.
- 3+ years of accounting experience (real‑estate experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Quick Books is a plus.
- Knowledge of GAAP and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
