Accounts Payable Clerk
Base Pay Range$55,000 - $65,000 per year
AvailabilityMonday – Friday, flexible hours within 7am – 5pm (leaving no earlier than 4pm). Overtime may be required.
Responsibilities- Process and enter invoices, schedule payments.
- Correspond with vendors to correct invoices.
- Perform invoice reconciliation.
- Approve key expense statements/reimbursements for payment.
- Make bank deposits.
- Oversee maintenance and vendor insurance, and set up.
- Conduct all business professionally and ethically to serve customers and increase goodness and profit of the company.
- Research all bills to verify that the Company owned property at the time of said bill.
- Research past‑due invoices.
- Conduct additional duties as assigned.
- Experience demonstrating the ability to process high volume accurately is strongly preferred.
- Experience that demonstrates high attention to detail.
- Strong emphasis on high volume; must keep up, stay level‑headed, take pride and ownership of work, be a team player but work well alone.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to accurately process and record a large volume of numerical data.
- Proficiency with MS Office and email.
