Position

Accounts Payable Clerk

Base Pay Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year

Availability

Monday – Friday, flexible hours within 7am – 5pm (leaving no earlier than 4pm). Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities
  • Process and enter invoices, schedule payments.
  • Correspond with vendors to correct invoices.
  • Perform invoice reconciliation.
  • Approve key expense statements/reimbursements for payment.
  • Make bank deposits.
  • Oversee maintenance and vendor insurance, and set up.
  • Conduct all business professionally and ethically to serve customers and increase goodness and profit of the company.
  • Research all bills to verify that the Company owned property at the time of said bill.
  • Research past‑due invoices.
  • Conduct additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience demonstrating the ability to process high volume accurately is strongly preferred.
  • Experience that demonstrates high attention to detail.
  • Strong emphasis on high volume; must keep up, stay level‑headed, take pride and ownership of work, be a team player but work well alone.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to accurately process and record a large volume of numerical data.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email.
