Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Construction Contract Administrator and Document Processor to support our project teams with contracts, documentation, tracking, and coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction office experience, document processing skills, or project support background who wants to grow into contract administration.

About the Role
The Construction Contract Administrator helps keep projects running smoothly by managing documentation, tracking contract changes, and supporting communication between project managers, subcontractors, and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working behind the scenes to keep projects compliant and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Process and organize contract documents, subcontracts, change orders, and project forms

Maintain accurate records including insurance certificates, compliance documents, and vendor files

Track deadlines, deliverables, and contract updates to support project managers

Assist with invoice review to ensure accuracy and alignment with contract terms

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to collect required paperwork and resolve basic discrepancies

Support bid and proposal preparation by assembling documents and formatting submissions

Update logs, spreadsheets, and project trackers to reflect current contract status

Prepare simple reports summarizing contract progress and outstanding items

Ensure documents follow company standards and are stored correctly in project systems

What We're Looking For
Experience in construction administration, project coordination, or document processing (1-2 years preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling paperwork

Clear communication skills for working with project teams and subcontractors

Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new software

Familiarity with construction documents, forms, or terminology is a plus - but we're willing to train
