Executive Assistant, Legal Affairs
Position Overview
As an Executive Assistant within our Legal Affairs organization, you will provide high-level support to three Vice Presidents across multiple EA locations. You will develop a strong understanding of their priorities, teams, and partners so you can provide effective support across their day-to-day work.
You will proactively manage competing priorities, facilitate coordination across Legal Affairs and our broader company, and support key team operating rhythms. You will help the leaders you support stay prepared and organized while adapting to changing schedules and priorities.
You will work in a hybrid work model 3 days in office based in out of Vancouver, Canada, Kirkland, WA, Los Angeles, CA, OR Redwood City, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for three Vice Presidents, including meetings across multiple functions, locations, and time zones. Resolve scheduling conflicts and help leaders prepare for meetings and other commitments.
- Support leadership and team meetings and other recurring activities, helping coordinate logistics and materials as needed.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage expense reports for the leaders you support.
- Work with partners across Legal Affairs and EA, as well as outside counsel, industry organizations, and other external contacts, to coordinate meetings and activities.
- Plan and coordinate team events, offsites, and periodic summits, including logistics and onsite support. Some events may occasionally require work outside standard hours.
- Help improve administrative processes and ways of working, including through productivity and AI tools.
- Collaborate with Legal Operations and our Executive Assistant community to coordinate coverage and share effective practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting multiple executives and managing competing priorities.
- Experience managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, expenses, and executive or team events.
- Experience working with senior leaders and internal and external partners across different teams and locations.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience supporting a legal team or working in a similar professional environment is a plus but not required.

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) *$82,200 - $106,400 USD
