We are seeking a friendly, polished, and highly organized Receptionist/Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Kirkland, WA. - - Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally while greeting visitors, customers, vendors, and contractors.
- - Receive, document, and track inbound customer leads, including gathering initial information and routing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- - Prepare emails, letters, proposals, and general business correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- - Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, customer consultations, and internal coordination.
- - Maintain electronic and physical records, perform data entry, and support customer and project documentation.
- - Manage general front office needs, including mail, deliveries, office supplies, and administrative support for management and project teams.
- - $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

- - Manage incoming calls, customer inquiries, and front desk reception duties.
- - Document inbound leads, update customer information, and support follow-up activities.
- - Coordinate schedules, correspondence, records, and general office administration.
- - Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal employees.
- - 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience.
- - Professional and confident phone presence with strong customer service skills.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- - Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions.
- - High attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- - Comfortable using or learning CRM, scheduling, lead-tracking, or project-management software.
- - Dependable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- - Previous exposure to construction, remodeling, engineering, architecture, property management, home improvement, home services, or a related industry.
- - Experience handling inbound customer leads and follow-up in a service-focused office environment.
- - Stable work history and strong professional references.
- - Ability to quickly learn internal systems, workflows, and customer documentation processes.
