Kirkland, WA – we are hiring a Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our Service Team.

• Base pay: $25.00/hr – $50.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

• Diagnose automotive problems as they arise.
• Conduct inspections, repair engine failures, repair mechanical and electrical systems, and replace parts.
• Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.
• Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team.

• Master‑level certification from Subaru or ASE.
• Must have Subaru experience if ASE Certified.

• Corporate requirements: 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, capable of passing a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
