Pro Dims seeks a Senior Cost Estimator to prepare construction estimates for federal, military, transportation, transit, airport, tunnel, municipal, and educational projects. Responsibilities include developing budgets and engineer estimates at all stages, performing cost analysis, tracking pricing, and maintaining cost databases. The role involves assessing project risks, negotiating with partners, monitoring construction progress, and conducting risk analysis. The ideal candidate has experience estimating for government agencies, is certified (CCP, CEP etc.),

and is proficient in estimating software and all CSI divisions. Strong communication and organizational abilities are required.

• 10+ years’ experience estimating a wide variety of construction projects including military, transportation, education, and commercial.
• Experience with standards and procedures of WSDOT, Sound Transit, and other government agencies.
• Certifications such as CCP, CEP, ASPE required.
• Proficient estimating all CSI divisions and using software like MCACES, SUCCESS, Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and attentive to detail.
