• Paid vacation — 80-104 hours per year, based on tenure.
• Paid holidays — Nine per year; client-site schedules may vary.
• Paid sick leave — One hour for every 40 hours worked.
• Personal day — Eight paid hours per year.
• Bereavement leave — Up to three days; accrued leave applies.

Our estimating team builds the financial spine of every program we touch. You'll own deliverables across conceptual through CD phases, partner with scheduling and field staff, and work directly with owners who read what you send.

• 02 Quantity takeoffs from drawings using Bluebeam / On-Screen Takeoff
• 03 Maintain and extend our internal cost database (18 yrs, 140+ projects)
• 04 Perform independent review estimates for owner's rep engagements
• 05 Present findings in owner briefings and constructability reviews

• BS in Construction Mgmt, Engineering or equivalent field experience
• Fluent in Bluebeam Revu and one estimating platform (Sage / Heavy Bid)
• Portfolio of public or institutional estimates
• Written communication that reads well in a GMP letter

• Familiarity with WSDOT / ADOT unit-price work
