• Paid vacation — 80–104 hours per year, based tenure.

You'll be the owner's on-site eyes — running active campuses and corridors where Pro Dims is the CM or owner's rep. These jobs matter and the people who use them aren't abstractions.

• 01 Day-to-day construction management of active scopes
• 02 Pay application review and recommendation to owner
• 03 Change order negotiation and claim avoidance
• 04 Coordination between GC, designers, and owner stakeholders
• 05 Commissioning oversight and substantial-completion management

• Proficient with Procore and MS Project
• Strong written daily reporting and owner-facing presence
