• Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out processes.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
• Verify and update patient insurance information.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming.
• Collaborate with dental team members to ensure smooth office operations.

• Previous experience in a dental front office role required (2+ years).
• Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.

Salary: $25 - $32 per hour
