Kirkland Dental Partners is looking for a Benefits Coordinator to support our patients and team by ensuring accurate insurance processing, clear benefit explanations, and smooth financial workflows. If you enjoy helping patients understand their coverage and keeping systems running efficiently, this could be a strong next step in your career.

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with an hour lunch from 12:00–1:00 PM

What You’ll Bring as a Benefits Coordinator
  • 1+ year of dental office experience, preferably in insurance or benefits coordination

  • Strong computer skills and comfort with technology

  • Experience with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend preferred

  • Clear, professional communication skills with patients and team members

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

More About Your Role

As a Benefits Coordinator, you will:

  • Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility

  • Explain insurance coverage, estimates, and patient financial responsibility clearly

  • Update and maintain accurate patient insurance information

  • Enter payments and insurance information into patient accounts

  • Submit and track insurance claims and follow up as needed

  • Run A/R and insurance reports

  • Prepare daily deposits

  • Support front office operations, including scheduling and confirmations when needed
