• licensed dentist with a strong commitment to clinical excellence.
• Leadership and advancing access to licensure in North Carolina, and several years of clinical practice experience, with previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• The successful standards, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary dental team in achieving clinical, operational, and patient satisfaction goals.
• Experience working with diverse and underserved populations.
• A commitment to patient-centered care, and a passion for improving community oral health outcomes are essential.
• The Dental must be able to balance direct patient care responsibilities with strategic leadership, provider mentorship, program development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives that support the mission of Med North Health Center.
